BOXING

Boxing is as old as the concept of sports itself. Examples of it can be found throughout history. In 4000 B.C. the North Africans were boxing. The Greeks adopted it as an Olympic sport in 688 B.C. The Englanders brought the term boxing to the sport to distinguish between fighting to settle disputes and under agreed rules for sport. Boxing as a distinct sport dates back to 1867 when rules were drafted.
Samuel Adams and Zack De La Rocha

GROUND FIGHTING

If you get knocked down, trip, or just fall, you
need to know how to fight from the ground. We use Marc McFann's
self defense ground-fighting combining Martial Art elements of Judo, Jujitsu, Kali, Silat,
and Jeet Kune Do grappling.
