Can
I "Try Out" your
Martial Arts program before I make a commitment?
A. Yes! We offer the first class for
free!
Q. Do you teach any boxing principles in your classes?
A. We incorporate boxing into every Muay Thai class, usually 30 minutes each day as well as offer separate boxing classes.
Q. Can the whole family join
your Martial Arts program?
A. Yes! We have Martial Arts classes
available for women and children as well.
(Sparring is also available for all students, but is not required.)
Q. Are
there any special Martial Arts outfits, belts, or equipment that I will have
to purchase?
A. No. We do not
use a belt ranking system, and have most equipment available
for general use. Most students opt to purchase their own Martial Arts apparel, though.
Q. Are your Martial Arts similar to Thai-Bo?
A. No.
Thai-Bo is a cardiovascular exercise routine. Muay Thai as well
as our other disciplines are accredited Martial Arts good for
the cardiovascular system
as well as Self Defense and personal growth.
